  1. Cook ground beef, seasoning (to taste) with garlic salt, crushed red pepper and Frank's Red Hot.
  2. Drain grease, add to sauce and simmer for 10 min or so.
  3. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, parmesan, 2 cups mozzarella, salt, pepper, Jane's, garlic salt, parsley and oregano in a bowl. I use about 3/4 teaspoon of each seasoning personally, but do what tastes best to you.
  4. In a pyrex 9x13 casserole dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce, cover with 3 uncooked lasagna noodles. This will be your base to build on, as you'll want to create a channel around the lasagna that you'll add water to later.
  5. Cover lasagna noodles with about 1/2" layer of the cottage cheese mixture, followed by a thin layer of meat sauce. Duplicate this two more times.
  6. Add 1/2 cup water into the channel you left around the casserole dish. This will cook your noodles.
  7. Cover with 2 cups of mozzarella.
  8. Cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, then remove foil and cook an additional 10 min.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
