- 1 teaspoon oil

- 2 tbsp maida
- 2 cup milk
- as per taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- As required Grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- 10-15 bread slices
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 10-15 leaves spinach
Instructions to make to make Veg bread lasagna
- For red sauce
Take small pan add oil butter chopped onion and saute till golden brown add tomato puree(tomato, green chillies, ginger) add salt, red chilli powder, tomato sauce pinch of sugar mixed herbs and oregano


- For white sauce
Take another pan add oil butter maida and mix well add milk grated cheese salt black pepper mixed herb and mix well
- Take kadai add butter and all chopped veggies salt black pepper mixed herb and oregano mix well and saute for 5 minutes

- Take baking tray put one layer of red sauce above that white sauce
- Remove the sides of the bread and roll it with belan and put bread slice on the sauce
- Put the stir fry veggies and grate cheese on it again put the bread slice and repeat the process


- Grate cheese and chopped spinach and bake it
If don't have oven take kadai put salt and keep the flame low and put the baking tray in it cover and let it bake for 20 minutes
- Veg bread lasagna ready to serve with sauce
